How this website handles your information.

Information you provide

When you submit the knowledge assessment form, we receive the contact and business information you enter, including your name, work email, company, role, workflow, knowledge locations and the problem you describe. Please do not submit confidential files, credentials or sensitive personal information through the public form.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, assess whether HYTS AI may be suitable for the workflow and prepare a possible assessment or pilot conversation. We do not use public-form submissions to train a general-purpose AI model.

Form delivery

The website validates and rate-limits submissions on the server. Depending on the production configuration, a submission is either stored in access-controlled server storage or forwarded to an approved form, email or CRM provider. The selected provider, retention period and any international transfer details will be recorded here before production launch.

Attribution and local storage

If you arrive through a tagged campaign, the website may retain UTM campaign values and a LinkedIn click identifier in your browser so an enquiry can be attributed to its source. These values are submitted only with the assessment form.

Analytics and advertising tags

Google Analytics 4 and the LinkedIn Insight Tag are optional and remain disabled unless valid site IDs are configured. When configured, they are not loaded until you choose “Accept analytics.” If you reject analytics, no GA4 or LinkedIn tag is loaded by this site. You can reopen Privacy settings from the footer and change your choice.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by service providers selected to host the website, deliver form enquiries or provide consented analytics. We do not sell assessment-form information. Provider-specific details will be added before those services are enabled in production.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. The final operational retention schedule must be confirmed before launch. You may ask about, correct or request deletion of your enquiry information by contacting hello@hyts.online, subject to applicable legal requirements.
